Congratulations, Lang and Elena

We have had a big event in our little family. Langdon is now engaged to Elena Behrouzi.They are planning to marry this coming Christmas vacation, probably in Bermuda. Langdon is completing his MBA in Barcelona. Elena is a management recruiter working in her home city in Brazil. Lang and Elena met when they were both in Haifa at the Baha’i World Center. They met again here in Washington and maintained a long distance relationship. Lang visited Brazil last month and Elena has been visiting us here in the DC area this past week.

In addition to Lang and Elena’s announcement, Natasha, Naysan and their family are preparing to move to Macau, China next month. So, we had a big coming and going party at Layli and Gil’s house this past weekend. Here is a picture of Lang, Elena and Naysan, Natasha, Evan and Jalil.

We are going to miss Natasha and her family a lot, but we are certainly happy to welcome Elena to our family.
